Levi's Getaway-Holiday House is the perfect holiday home for families or large groups wanting to get away and relax by the beach. The property has a large front and backyard with plenty of parking space and fully enclosed high fencing. Enter through the front door into the newly carpeted lounge and new gas heating. Then into the dining room and renovated kitchen. From dining room down steps to the sun room into a bedroom and rumpus room with a double bed divan and new carpet. Back through the kitchen. First stop laundry and separate toilet. Move on and discover bathroom -with full size bath and shower. First bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. Second bedroom also has robes and a queen bed. The last bedroom contains two single beds and built in robes. Rear yard has a paved area and is well shaded by trees. The garage has a table tennis table. A five to ten minute walk takes you to Pea Soup Beach - a great little private beach ideal for kids, swimming or a leisurely walk.
