We have self contained and self catering units within walking distance of Canberra's City Centre. Our units are all in the residential area of REID and BRADDON, private and very quiet. Their location is very close to the ANU, the War Memorial, Lake Burley Griffin, and the Commonwealth Gardens. We are happy to send you more information and/or photos of the unit we can offer you. RATES
Please note that our min lease period is ONE WEEK. For periods under FOUR WEEKS we charge daily rates. For the weekly rates to apply the min stay is FOUR WEEKS or longer. Please note that these rates provide for the units to be serviced before your arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 4 weeks rent is required before we can confirm your booking. If you are paying a daily rate, payment of the full amount for your stay will confirm your booking. We will hold your booking provisionally for one week or for a period advised by us. In case of cancellation during the first 4 weeks any refund will reflect whether we are able to re-book the unit for the cancelled period. Alternatively we charge a daily rate for the period you stayed with a minimum of 14 days. After you have booked a unit we will issue an invoice which will indicate pay options available. They include internet banking, Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cash by prior arrangement.
Please note Credit Cards attract a 2% surcharge. When you pay from overseas this is often the cheapest option.
