This four bedroom house sleeping 8 people is centrally located in Amity Point village directly behind the Amity General Store and within walking distance of all amenities. Upstairs comprises two bedrooms with 1 x queen bed and 2 x singles, bathroom with shower & toilet and open plan living / dining space with airconditioning. The recently renovated kitchen with electric stove/cook-top, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer offers lots of storage space for the whole family. This kitchen opens onto the rear covered patio with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. An internal staircase leads downstairs to another air-conditioned living space with TV, small sitting area and a ping-pong table! Another two bedrooms with 1 x queen and 2 x singles, second bathroom with shower & toilet, second fridge / freezer and laundry is also located on this level. Dogs are also welcome strictly outside in the securely fenced rear yard area. There is room for parking a car and boat. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and fully screened, though the windows leading to the waterfront off both living areas are not screened. Please note, there is NO WIFI at this property. Fresh linen is supplied and beds will be made ready for your arrival. All you need to bring are the beach towels.
